Shipping Policy

All shipping rates listed on the CTC Supply’s website and affiliated secure credit card processing websites are ESTIMATES ONLY. The shipping rate for each order will not be finalized until the payment is fully processed. Placing an order through this site acknowledges and accepts the shipping charges that may be added to any orders. CTC Supply may attempt to contact customers if additional shipping charges exceed $20.00 by either email or by phone. No notification attempt will be made for adjustments less than $20.00. Shipping charges are based off of the UPS shipping charge matrix and no additional charges will be applied by CTC Supply without written notification in this policy. CTC Supply's secure credit card processing agent, Elevon, may or may not display the correct shipping rate. The most accurate ESTIMATE for shipping will be presented in the order confirmation. The final shipping cost will not be determined until the package is fully processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to ensure the most accurate shipping estimates possible.

Most items included in our store catalog are available for immediate shipment. Please note that from the time of ordering there is a 2-3 day processing time, but we try to get items out the same day if possible.

If ever an item is not in stock or is on back order the item may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. If an item takes longer than three weeks to arrive please contact us at websales@ctcsupply.com or at 1-800-760-6561

Our standard shipping method is UPS and will take 2-3 business days to arrive. We will send you an email when your item(s) is/are shipped and will provide you with a tracking number so you can find out the exact status of your shipment.

Additional shipping and freight charges may apply to backorder or non-stock items to cover the cost of shipping from the manufacturer to our distribution center. This additional cost may exceed $100 for certain items. CTC Supply will attempt to contact the customer by both phone and email before the addition of any shipping charge increase that exceeds $20.00.

If you require any special (priority, overnight, etc.) shipping you may select overnight processing and your order will be shipped out as soon as possible and UPS next day shipping will be utilized. Rush delivery does not incur any addition handling charges, but UPS Next Day Delivery charges will apply. If you have any additional concerns regarding a rush delivery please contact us immediately after you place your order and we will accommodate your request by providing you with a quote for any increased shipping cost and obtain your approval prior to proceeding.

Return Policy

We stand by our products and customers. If there is a manufacturer’s defect with your product, then please contact us and we will do our best to have the manufacturer issue a replacement for you

  • Please take a moment to examine your package and make sure you have ordered and received exactly what you wanted.
  • Call us immediately if you have any concerns or complaints about your order.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 3 business days of deliver of the product.
  • All purchases on elecrical items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping charges on returns.
  • For warranty repair please contact us.

Government Sales Exception:The return policy for any products sold to Federal, State, or Local Governments through contract or other binding agreement will be subject to the primacy of the legally binding agreement set forth by the terms of the legally binding agreement or other applicable Federal, State, or Local laws and regulations. Cumberland Trading Company?s general return policy will always be secondary to the return policy terms of any agreed upon contract with Federal, State, or Local Governments.

Government Pricing Policy Exception:Prices that relate to Federal, State, or Local Government contracts and agreements, including GSA Multiple Award Schedule, may only be changed after a modification to the contract or agreement is approved by an authorized Government Official. Only through an approved contract modifications can pricing for GSA Multiple Awards Schedule items be raised or lowered in order to ensure that the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Price/Discount relationship is not altered. Only when the price change is advantageous to the Government (lower prices are offered to the Federal Government or higher prices are charged to the general public while keeping the GSA price constant) may prices be changed without prior approval from GSA.
